We do not collect Personal Information during normal app usage.

Personal Information may only be collected if a parent or user contacts us for support. In such cases, we collect the email address solely to respond to the support request.

How We Use Non-Personal Information

We may use Non-Personal Information to:

  • Understand how users interact with our apps and improve user experience

  • Generate anonymous statistics and performance analytics

  • Enhance security and prevent fraud or misuse

  • Determine general geographic location for legal compliance

  • Send push notifications (only with user permission)

Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Our apps and websites comply with COPPA requirements. We do not knowingly collect, store, or use Personal Information from children under the age of 13.

If a user identifies themselves as under 13 while submitting a support request, we will securely delete any provided Personal Information.

Children can use our apps without submitting Personal Information. We may collect anonymous Non-Personal Information (such as device identifiers) strictly for internal operations, including security, app functionality, and contextual advertising, as permitted under COPPA.

If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided Personal Information, they may contact us, and we will promptly remove the information from our systems.

Support Requests

Users may contact us for assistance related to our applications. When a support request is submitted, we may receive:

  • An email address

  • Any information voluntarily included in the message

This information is used solely to respond to the request and to support internal app operations, consistent with COPPA Section 312.2.

In-App Purchases

Some of our apps may offer optional in-app purchases, even if the app itself is free to download.

Purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play and may not require re-entry of payment details.

Parents or guardians may restrict or disable in-app purchases through their device or app store settings.

Teens (Ages 13–18)

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, please obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before submitting any Personal Information to us.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade email addresses or Personal Information.

Support-related information may only be shared in the following circumstances:

  • With trusted service providers assisting in responding to support requests

  • To protect the security and integrity of our apps

  • To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or lawful requests

  • To prevent fraud, security threats, or public safety concerns

All disclosures are made in accordance with COPPA Section 312.5(c)(6).
